DRIVER DEVELOPMENT
The Driver Development Program at House of Racing offers a supportive environment for both novice and experienced young drivers, specifically designed for boys and girls ages 10-14. Our research and data indicate that this age group is optimal for developing responsible and highly competitive drivers. By focusing on individual growth without the pressures of competition, participants can enhance their skills and develop essential racing techniques at their own pace.
Training takes place at a select center equipped with FIA-certified simulators and includes collaboration with expert trainers in sim driving, athletics, and cognitive skills. Each part of their training may occur at different locations that provide the best environment, equipment, and service required for their development. This holistic approach, coupled with access to sports nutritionists and psychologists, fosters professionalism and respect, preparing drivers for future success in motorsports. Furthermore, the program emphasizes physical and mental conditioning, ensuring young drivers become responsible participants on the road and sharp competitors on the track.
“Sim racing has become an important tool for racers to train, prepare, and compete in a safe and cost-effective way.”
