Each location on the route will feature specially curated menus and exclusive offerings for participants, including unique surprises for drivers. However, all food, beverage, and any additional services or purchases at each stop will be the sole responsibility of the participants and must be paid for individually. * I recognize and acknowledge that Christmas Drive and the House of Racing are not liable nor responsible for any accidents, damage, or injury that may occur and hereby temporarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event. * I recognize and acknowledge that Christmas Drive and the House of Racing DO NOT condone the use of alcohol when operating a vehicle. I understand that Christmas Drive is a family friendly event, and that each driver assumes the responsibility of their driving and their own vehicle upon registration for this event and the signage of this waiver. * I recognize and acknowledge that street racing will not be permitted at Christmas Drive, and that any negligent or reckless driving will not be tolerated. I assume the responsibility of my own driving and understand that Christmas Drive and the House of Racing are not liable for any incident that may occur during the event.
